The conference might be over but the memories live on. Hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.
Here are some black and white photos from the conference. If you have any problem with you showing up on a picture please let us know and we will remove the image immediately.
The conference has concluded and the dust has settled. It was a delightful week filled with inspiring and enlightening encounters, speeches and discussions.
We would like to thank all the parties involved and wish you the best of luck in your current and upcoming research.
Stay tuned as we will publish some photos of the conference on this website in the near future.
The conference dinner on Wednesday will be held at restaurant Suomenlinnan Panimo at 19.00. There will be a guided tour of Suomenlinna starting at 17:30 for those attending the conference dinner.
The tour and the dinner are for registered participants only.
To go to Suomenlinna you need to take a ferry from the main market square Kauppatori. The ferry ride is 15 minutes and you need to buy a ticket in the ticket office (a small wooden house with big windows, 50’s style) by the ferry departure peer (when facing the sea the ticket office/booth is on the left side). Please note; you can get a return ticket for 5 euros (cheaper than buying two one way tickets).
After the last session of the day today please proceed to the lobby on the 1st floor from where we will walk to the ferry together.
If you only wish to attend the dinner you should take the ferry that departs from Kauppatori at 18.40.
The timetable for the ferries can be found by clicking here.
The keynote lectures will be streamed live on Youtube.
